Are there any recommended tools out ther for doing a thorough pc health check? On my list to check through I have: Spyware Anti-virus Registry tools, etc. Any others?

Hardware diagnostics are also a good thing: MemTes86+ (bootable floppy or CD) and HDDScan (runs within Windows) See also http://www.ultimatebootcd.com/
