Dear All,
I have received error when I tried to login on Win XP SP2. System does not allow any user to login including local administrator. Always display this message.

"The system can’t log you in.
Parameter is incorrect. Contact your System Administrator."

I have tried safe mode and LKGC but the problem is still there. Can anybody help in this regard ?
