Isn't it in the add/remove programs in the control panel??? If not, then it's spyware. Download Spybot and Ad-Aware from here:

www.lavasoftusa.com

www.safer-networking.org

Fix whatever Spybot finds that is checked, and fix everything that Ad-Aware finds.

Just a thought to go along with fordman's post; if you improperly deleted the program by removing folders rather than using the uninstaller, you may have removed the "uninstaller". If this is the case, re-install the program and then run a proper uninstall from Add/Remove programs.

Sorry to be redundant. Reinstall the program, then uninstall it.

You could also try running a registry cleaner.

PC-Doctor is NOT spyware. It came installed in the Gateway i have. It never has bothered me but one time when it would not load. But i fixed that problem.
