Hello friends...
This might be irrelevant, but make certain that you're logging into the legit Paypal...look for the "https..."
There are a few bogus Paypal websites that try to obtain your personal info. They look exactly like the actual PayPal website.
I am not 100% positive so somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that you will see the "https" when logged into the (legit) Paypal website. This probably has nothing to do with your specific situation, but I thought I'd just mention it.
Hope it might help you or others; good luck.

Tommyo, Yes you're correct address should be:
Ocean5, hope this helps, if not what Firewall are you using? I believe some automatically block certain sites because of adds/popups that are blacklisted in their database, someone correct me if I'm wrong here.
Regards,
Neohet.

Tommyo and Neobet are both correct. Quoted from
Paypal page for website security:Type in the PayPal URL: To safely and securely access the PayPal website or your PayPal account, open a new web browser (e.g., Internet Explorer or Netscape) and type in the following:
https://www.paypal.com/

Thanks all,
I had tried http, https, and www.paypal.com. None of these worked. I just found out that any page site from paypay in Google search couldn't open either.
I am using IE SP2, windows XP home.
I don't have problem with ISP as the Mac at home has no problem.
Is there any dif. solution.
Thanks,
Ocean5
