My brother had ME, upgraded to XP Professional. But wait, he does not recall having a password to get into his gateway laptop. So now he has lived by the rules and can't use the computer. He needs to have instruction on how to bypass the password requirement to get into the new os. Any help or instructions on this would be appreciated.
