Is it possible to put a password on folders/files shared on a local network (WinXP Home)? I want to restrict access to some users of my local subnet.
Thanks for reply.

IF you are using NTFS then right click and choose properties then security
Make yourself a group then add users to it, and add the group to the objects/folders
