Comment:
I have XP set up with the Welcome screen and would like to know if there's a way for password lockout - ie - if people try my password X times then it locks the account (or system? i dont have a clue) I was also wondering if theres a setting to detect if people are trying to log in to your account? Any ideas?

lockout:
in system manegement open local securety polisy.in account manesgement select accountlockout. set time for lockout, times for false atempts and start counting. MAKE SURE you have admin rights. administrators CANNOT be locked out and all members of amin group (rename the administrator for securrety reasons)
