How to put a password on shared folder on WIN XP. I have computers in LAN - workgroup (withot domain). I can only set permissions, for other users from other computers, but I want, that they can acces to my shared folder only with password?????

If you follow the above, you will be able to right click the folders in question and make the folders private, thus enable password access.
