Hello, after speeddisk crashed the NTFS partitions on my slave drives are unreadable, it says RAW harddrive and norton diskdoctor can't read it. What can i do to fix this? Something to do with the partition table/ MFT?

You can try a partition program that will allow access to the parttion table, MFT and MBR.
I don't know to much about others but I like to use BOOTITNG. It's a fairly versatile and complete partitioner.
But if you have truly screwed the partitions, you're probably looking at re-partitioning and losing disk info. Especially on NTFS...there just aren't enough programs out there to get you out of this kind of jam (that don't cost a fortune anyway).
