|I have this same problem and it has to do with the CS Connect background services for the CS Professional Suite by Thomson Reuters. I went into config.sys and unchecked the CS Connect Background Service and rebooted and didn't have the problem. |
It appears that it was popping up because the main program was on the server and I hadn't set up a connection to the server yet with the new user account. You may want to try and logon to the server and have it automatically reconnect on startup.
I just left left the CS Connect Background Services item unchecked in config.sys - my computer boots up much faster now and it should engage when you open one of the programs.
