I use PhotoImpact 4.2 (old, I know but I like it) and i'm trying to print out a picure that's 2.25 Inches by 2.25 Inches on photo quality paper (4x6 paper). I'm not too sure how to tell the program or my printer (Canon i560) to print that small without having to resize the picture. I'd rather keep the size it is so I don't loose quality. If anybody knows any other programs that can easly do that, please let me know. Thanks.

Have you tried XP's photo printing wizard? If you select "wallet size" you should get somewhere around 2.25 x 2.25 though it may not be exactly that.
Alternatively IrfanView (free) lets you specify a custom size for a print though I've never actually tried that function.

Re-size for printing only, is not a part of the canon program. Stuff like that usually comes with your photo editor program, That is if it's not too old.
