I have a Panasonic PV-DV351 Digital Camcorder (Gift) that came with software Incompatible with XP HOME.
The software is Palmcorder USB Device Driver 1.10, Photovulink/Movie Messenger 1.11, Arcsoft photimpression 2000, photoprinter 2000 Pro,and Panorama Maker 2000. Finally CARD LINK (for USB) 1.10
I think the Palmcorder USB Device Driver is the critical one. Panasonic doesn't appear to be ready to upgrade the software anytime soon.
