Comment:

I have to a new IBM Thinkpad. I had
previuosly used LotusSych 4.2.1 with my Palm Zire PDA on my old Thinkpad without
problem. I have now updatead my new Thinkkpad with the current version of
EasySynch: 4.2.4. and latest Palm desktop software for Zire. I have followed all the directions - first loading the
Palm software and getting Hotsynch running and communicating with the PDA. However when I start the Easysync software it never sees that the Hotsynch Manager is running and
gives an error message. Also when I look at the Hotsynch settings I do not see a conduit for Easysync. I have removed and reloaded all the software
several times and it simply never sees the Hotsynch Manger and as a result
the Zire PDA does not synch with Lotus notes. Is there a way to correct this?
