Ever since the last update from Windows, I cannot use my Paint Shop ProX or Paint Shop Pro X2. I deleted and re-installed Norton 360 and no luck.

Did you try to uninstall the last update and see if that helps...or....did you try a system restore and restore the system back to before the update.

Maybe, just maybe...paintshop pro has a fix for it at their support page!

I tried your suggestions and nothing worked. I just put PSP 7 on it and it works just fine.

Corel stinks! I have been buying their product for years and the response I get---buy the newest version. Imagine that!
