Paging File

I am creating a seperate partition on a second hard drive for my paging file. I plan on making the drive 1.5mb as that is the largest paging file my computer has ever used.

What format should this partition be(NTFS, FAT16, FAT32, etc.)?

What cluster size should i set for it?

IT's 20gb. But i'm partitioning it with the first parttion being for the swap file and the second used as a shared network drive.
