pagefile change

I've changed the Pagefile location to drive D, and canceled it on drive C. Everything works OK, there's an new file on drive D, but the old one is still on C. Can I delete it? Many thanks.
btw did it make any difference moving the page file?

Thanks. I did the path you suggested long ago, but I still have the pagefile on drive c (It's modification date is as the date I made the change). The pagefile on drive D has today's date... Can I delete it manually?
To your question: It didn't make any difference that I can tell...

Open Windows Explorer and delete the pagefile.sys on C. It normally deletes after a reboot, but you can delete it manually if it didn't delete.
