If I try to sign up to hotmial, I get the same problem again. How can I fix this problem?

Hey you may try this Internet Explorer>Tools>Internet options>Language>add/Remove US English/UK English. Then go to the Option Fonts>Make it Latin Based>Then select any font you might prefer.
