I posted an earlier thread in which I described the "Page Cannot be Displayed/DNS" Errors I am encountering...

http://www.computing.net/windowsxp/wwwboard/forum/131866.html

The problem persists, in spite of my attempts to fix it.

Does anybody have a suggestion?

I guess my next step is to use IE Repair, but I hate to do that, as all of my IE Favorites will be arranged alphabetically following the "repair" (at least that has been my experience with earlier version of Windows), meaning that I will have much IE Favorite "rearranging" to do.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions you may have.

To be more specific, I am encountering these errors when using the "back" and "forward" buttons in IE to access the previously accessed "account" web pages.
