overwritten pst file recovery?

I have overwritten an pst file by mistake (blonde moment :-) and would like to know if there is a way of getting that recovered?Im using Outlook 2003.

You can not recover a overwritten file since the sectors occupied by the previous file were used by the newer file. This is why you have backups. Golly gee wilerkers everyone. Learn to Internet Search

When you have your problem with Outlook .pst file all sorted out, go here for MS backup utility for your .pst file.
