How did you check the cpu temperatures ? It's usually best to check them in the bios. Also, is that 57c at a heavy load or at idle ?

If those temps are at idle, they are somewhat higher than 'normal'. Not anything to be alarmed about, but deserving of some investigation.
Could the box need a cleaning? Use a can of compressed air. Do not use a vacuum cleaner. Don't neglect the power supply. Make sure there is good airflow through it.

Yes I checked the temp. in the bios. And yes that was with a load on it. So I am in good shape then? I thank you very much for your info. I just want to keep my box in good working order. Thank you again.
