CPU/Ram: P4 2.4 / 512 pc 800 rambu

i went into by bios to over clock my computer a little and i did that so then i got it up to a 2.8. once i shut down and restarted all i got was a black screen and i just keep getting that every time i try and over clock it, even if i clock it a little bit. anyone know why im not able to over clock it??

motherboard - iwill p4533-N
memory - 512 pc 800 rambus
CPU - P4 2.4 gigs
power supply - 350
5 fans
