While I was watching a clip in Nokia Media Player I selected full screen, that’s all my PC got restarted and it came to the CMOS, and said that “Your system got over clocked during the last boot, and it also says that to set the over clocked speed, but My board book says that if its over clocked it will automatically restore the original settings on the next boot up, but when I try to enter the CMOS the system get hang and the display goes bit mad also. I tried every thing.

-Removed the battery
-Cleared the CMOS
-changed the RAM
-Re-plugged the VGA

All it does is when I switch on the PC after the POST screen it goes to CMOS and comes up with that message and I am unable to do anything because the system is hanging at that point…and it gives a long beep sound with an interval.

Windows XP-SP2
3.06Ghz Intel CPU(HT)
P4S800 Asus Board (SIS)

512 RAM (400 MHz)
128 MB VGA (Asus A9250)
