Hi I was wondering if anyone knows how to fix this problem. When I try to use Outlook Express's spellcheck I get an error saying "an error occured while the spelling was being checked" I've tried updating it but it does no good. Thanks for any help.

I imagine your dictionary is corrupt, try unistalling it completely, then deleting the folder in program files, then download and install latest version. I am sure there is someway to just delete dictionary, if you have time, research that, but I beleive other way will work.

Outlook Express has no SpellChecker of its own. Normally to get it to work you need Microsoft Office, Word or Works installed as well. If this is the case, un-install the SpellChecker from its host program and re-install to see if that works.
If you have a third-party SpellChecker try the same with that.
