Comment:

Outlook XP has my password entered correctly, and if I manually send/recieve there is no problem, but if Outlook polls the e-mail account in the background i.e. scheduled checking it gets the bad user name/password error. I have looked in microsoft knowledge base and upgraded to the latest versions (and service pack) of the Office applications. Still the same problem exists. Does anyone have any ideas?
