Outlook stops receiving mail at 9:3

Currently have Outlook 2003 installed to get mail with our Exchange 2003 server. Strangely every day at 9:30 AM Outlook stops receiving mail. Rebooting the system and re-opening Outlook I would then get the unread e-mails that didn’t show up prior to the reboot.

As in they will just show up instantly, or they will then start downloading?
It sounds like either you have a corrupted Outlook Client, Corrupted Profile, and/or You are having connectivity issues with the Mail server.
Some options: 1) Try running Outlook's Detect and repair 2) Creat a 2nd new proflie and see if you experience the same issues 3) set a repetitive ping to the mail server just before 9:30 and see if it drops. (Ex: Open START > RUN > "CMD" and type "ping [mailserver] -t where [mailserver] is the XChange 2003 server name) 4) set a repetitive ping to your Primary Domain Controller to see if it's being rebooted (as that would cause login/connectivity isuses as well).
Just a few thoughts!
Post back and let me know how it goes.
Thanks.
