i was upgrading my email account to an exchange server. My provider sent me a free upgrade for Outlook 2003 (i think). i clicked on it but didn't follow it through since I thought my previous 2002 was fine.

i've just rebooted and now all i can get is an error message Your Microsoft Exchange Server is unavailable. i click Work Offline and get "Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Unable to display the selected folder or item. Your profile is not configured". Its all gone....

any ideas on how i configure it and get to look at my saved emails etc.

Did you create new Outlook profile? Can you ping the Exchange Server by IP or name? Your provider should have information on their website as to more specific ways to troubleshoot and fix the problem. Have you tried their website?
