Hey guys... everytime my friend runs outlook, the msimn.exe starts hogging all the CPU, running between 97-100%... of course this means that the system slows down and runs like ****... also, after closing outlook, the msimn.exe doesn't close.. instead, you have to end-task through the good old CTRL-ALT-DEL.. a virus scan came up with nothing... both with norton AND symantecs housecall.. also, norton's update has an !exclamation! next to it (not sure what this means, it's in chinese and my friend can't explain it to me properly), and it won't check the emails... help!
