I used to have my clients using Exchange 2007. I somehow had to remove the exchange from their use and using a POP3 account where we have no limits on sending/receiving. One of my client however, keeps getting the error message on size limit and I can not import his old emails into the current account. Is therea a way that I can remove this limitation? Thanks.

So are you no longer using Exchange, but stand-alone Outlook clients? What version?
How large is the pst file?

You can't change the file format of a pst created in 97-2002 format. You'll need to create a new pst file in 2003 (unicode) format, change that to the Mail Delivery pst and then import the emails.

Jennifer, I don't think this will solve any thing. On the client task bar, it keeps telling me that "Outlook is off line" and a red "X" is flashing!!! I have not seen anything like it. Looks like, the POP3 is being over take by Exchange. Thanks.

Yes I did. I re-created the account. I am guessing his profile has been corrupted.
