Am asking for a friend whose computer I do not have access to. She switched from Eudora to Outlook (not Express) and cannot figure out how to create groups. I only use OE so not sure if its different. Would like some guidance, thanks.

I think she is asking about a distribution list.
Go to contacts. Click on new. Select distribution list.
Suggest she spend some time in Help. If she puts Eudora into the search in help there are dozens of articles to inform her on migrating from eudora to outlook.
Imagine the power if you knew how to internet search
