Hello,

I am trying access my Outlook emails on the pc its installed on, but under a different NT account. I currently locked out my NT account and need to access the files. Does anyone know where I can access the emails, it will greatly appreciated if I am given this info. Thanks, Salman.

You will need to log on as a user with administrator access to perform this task...

Unhide all files and folders, browse to this location: C:\Documents and Settings\xxxxxx\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook Where xxxxxx is the locked out account, and copy all files there to the same location of an account that is not locked out.

WARNING!! All other data will be lost when you overwrite the existing files, so I recommend making a new user for this action.

I would try resetting the password on the locked out account first, though. Logon as a user with administrator access, go to User Accounts in the Control Panel, reset the password on the locked out account and you should be able to get back to your Outlook files and emails.
