I need to use outlook express for a course I am doing but I can't send emails from it. I am registered, on " my accounts" it all adds up with the ISP...So Im baffled. These are the messages i got while trying to use: The service is currently unavailable. Try again later. Account: 'Hotmail', Server: 'http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp', Protocol: HTTPMail, Server Response: 'Service Unavailable', Port: 0, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCCF0 Unable to poll for new messages on your HTTP server. Account: 'Hotmail', Server: 'http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp', Protocol: HTTPMail, Server Response: 'Service Unavailable', Port: 0, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCCF0

I did a google and found these instructions: Open Internet Explorer: Tools >Internet Options >Privacy click Edit, Type Hotmail.com, click "Allow" Shut down and restart Outlook and try sending mail. Let us know if it works.
