OK, I'm stumped. I have a PC that uses Netzero as it's ISP.
For some reason Outlook Express will not bring down the email from netzero's mail server. It connects, and authorizes, then says "no new messages", even though there are new messages.
If I use Netzero's web mail, they are there.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled both Netzero and IE, including Outlook.
Any ideas?

Hi raincheck

Maybe a message rule in Outlook Express ?
Check to see if you have it set to NOT download messages from the server.
OE > Tools > Message Rules > Mail

Or is there an option on NetZero Webmail that is set to not divert to POP mailbox ?

If she is on the free Netzero, they don't offer pop3 email anymore for free accounts, you only get webmail for them.
