Hi all, I have come across something I havent seen in my short time and hope someone can help. A lady just bought a new computer, had someone else plug it all in for her, and started having problems, so thats when I got the phone call. When I looked at it she had a virus, but with OE6 everytime she opened it she had to put in her password each time. I checked all the protocols, they were ok, checked the areas to automatically save password and it was. So closed OE6, opened it and still had to put in password. Deleted her account and re-set it up, but still same thing. Rang the ISP helpdesk and they suggested it was a setting in regedit so they sent through what part to delete in their which I did, still didnt work, rang them back, they suggested re-install, so I did a format and re-install. Guess what still got same problem. Has anyone had this before and/or can suggest something. Thanks in advance

Greg
