I have my email through outlook express and have set up another account for a website i help out on but when someone sends me an email it comes through outlook express and goes in with my other account

Is there anyway i can keep this emails separate
they are different email addresses but they both come through outlook express(ie different pop3 but same smtp or whatever
step by step if someone knows

The one way to deal with this situation best would be to create a new OE Identity. In Outlook Express go to File -> Identities -> either Manage or Create New.

Your new Identity can then be used to collect mail for the new account. Remember to delete the mail settings in the original ID. . .

Another way would be to create a new folder in your existing setup, and then create a filter that will seperate you mail for the new account to that folder. .. .

Go to View -> Current View -> Define Views and work from that...
