I recently changed my ISP from the BTinternet Alltime to go onto broaband with Plus.net. I didn't disable my bt account just changed the package to the pay-as-you-go one.
The problem is now I cannot get my email on outlook express with my btinternet account, it just keeps asking me for my username and password. I no it is defintely correct because I can log on to the btinternet web mail and get my mail.
Is there something I need to change in order to receive mail through outlook.
O and all of the POP3 settings are defintely correct.
