I have a new computer, which is only about a week old. I have a problem with Outlook Express, which occurs about once a day. I have 3 identities set up, and when switching from one identity to another, I get the active cursor symbol, and then it just goes back to regular cursor, and Outlook Express is gone! The computer is not hung up, but there is no more Outlook Express. I click on it, get the active cursor, and then it just goes back to regular cursor without doing anything. I can't get back into Outlook unless I reboot the computer, and then everything is fine. This doesn't happen everytime, about every 20 times or so. Can anyone give me any ideas?

Have you already installed the latest Windows updates?

Try going to windowsupdate.microsoft.com and install the latest updates to Windows, Internet Explorer, and Outlook Express.
