How do I get outlook express e-mail to show on my IE& homepage?

It depends on what is your home page and how it is designed.

If your home page is a web page then you need to creat a link to your email program.

I am not sure if you can add an email link to the IE tool bar or not. Try to create a tab or folder on the toolbar and link it back as well!
