RECENTLY I STARTED USING OUTLOOK EXPRESS I'M ABLE TO SEND MAIL ,BUT I CAN NOT RECIEVE
ANY IDEAS ?

If you are able to send, but not receive, it is likely that your settings are not right.

Your incoming server might need to start with "mail." or "pop." and your outgoing server name might need to start with either "mail." or "smtp."

ie. "mail.servername.com" or "pop.servername.com" for incoming, and either "smtp.servername.com" or "mail.servername.com" for outgoing.
