are you connecting via dial-up?

if you can't log into your mail account through a web-based service, get mailwasher and delete the culprit.

actually, just log in to your webmail account and delete the incoming problem. It is probably too large for your ISP to D/L

You can also go to www.mail2web.com, and use your email address and password to check new mail and delete the one giving you a problem. I generally do this to delete junk mail prior to downloading to my computer because I am on slow dial up.
