Comment:

I am using outlook express as my email program and frequently I get emails that have attachments that I know are safe but outlook express removes the attachments saying they are unsafe! How can I turn off this feature so I can get me email complete?

Ray, Open Outlook Express>Tools>Security tab and uncheck "Do not allow attachments to be opened or saved etc.", click Apply/OK

Ray, "Open Outlook Express>Tools>Security tab" should have read "Open Outlook Express>Tools>Options>Security tab".
