OS: xp home edition
CPU/Ram: Amd athlon xp 2600+ 512 m

Each time i go to open outlook express a box comes up and says "outlook express has encountered a problem and needs to close" and it wants me to send a error report." how can I fix this.? has anyone had this problem like this. Please help.

thanks Johnw, i had a look at all of the web sites which had something to do with OE and "encountering a problem and needs to close", but not one of them had the same issue,as in my error report the -appName is-msimn.exe, modName is-inetcomm.dll
appVer is-6.0.2900.2180
modVer is-6.0.2900.2869
offset is-0008ac8e, whatever all this means.

I had a look at the repairs sites,and it didnt work for me. What I did finaly is instal my windows xp on top of my OS and OE works ok again .thank you once again.
