Outlook express

Oulook express will not start and put the cpu usage at 100% and put the msinn.exe at 97% what shall i do???

msinn.exe is not a system file.

You may have a virus or trojan.

Try bringing up task manager and highlight that file and end process.

See if your cpu usage goes down.

If so search for that file and rename it.

Then update your anti virus and your spyware removal and run some deep scans.

Also look in your msconfig.exe and uncheck msinn.exe from the start up list.
