Outlook Express will not send

My Outlook express will receive mail, but will not send mail, please advise. When I try to send, I get a message OE not configured properly, Have uninstalled and re-installed OE several times.

Robdos is right, you need to get in touch with your system administrator or your ISP to get the POP3 and SMTP addresses right. SMTP seems to be the issue if you can recieve mails.

I had the same problem. It turned out to be Norton AV update not installed properly. I turned off outgoing AV scans in Norton AV and everything worked perfectly. I reinstalled the Norton update, turned on outgoing AV scans and everything is fine.
