Hey all. I want to thank you all for the comments regarding my upcoming XP upgrade. I actually got kudos from my supervisor so I'm pasing them on to you all. I also got a question from the user whose PC will be upgraded to XP.
Apparently he uses Outlook Express (no idea what version) as his 'primary' email package. He would like to know if the upgrade will maintain his address book, old emails, email folders, etc, etc, etc. He apparently keeps EVERYTHING in there and wants to keep all that information. I know that an upgrade to XP will his IE and OE to 6.X, what I'm not sure is if it does a 'clean install' or an 'upgrade' and keep his information. Oh yeah, same thing with his favorites and all.

I'm pretty sure that all his information will stay there as long as you don't format and then put xp on. Still I would reccommend doing a clean install of xp instead of an upgrade. If you need more info on backing up favorites and OE contacts just ask.
