In what format is your 'copied file'.

For the Messages Folder is it:
a] created using backup
b] created using archive
c] a plain copy of the outlook express file

For the address book:
a] created using backup
b] created using archive
c] a plain copy of the .WAB file

Once you have this information: use FILE>IMPORT>MESSAGES to get the messages
FILE>IMPORT>ADDRESS BOOK to get the address book

and direct the import wizard according to the tye of file.

If u want to export your addressbook u first open the addressbook, then use export from the tab File. Now u´ll have your addressbook in My Documents.Later on u import the addressbook.Easy! The easieast way to export mail from the folders is:Just drag`n drop the mail to folders u have created in explorer. When u want to put them back just drag´n drop the mail back to the different folders in outlook express.
