SOLUTION TO A PROBLEM Re Outlook Express problems creating messages, looking at address book, opening messages etc.

Error messages:
"There was an error opening this message. An error has occurred"
"The Address Book failed to load. Outlook Express is incorrectly configured"
etc.

On my computer this was caused by MSoft update KB911567. I restored to a previous point and the problem was gone.
See this link to read about someone finding this out: http://forums.computeractive.co.uk/thread.jsp?forum=11&thread=83512.

Hope this helps others!
