Hi
We are using outlook express to send email and just find out if my collegue sends me an email and set the break apart message sending to 1000K, I don't received the email. I sent an attachment with 843K word doc. and it seems like it breaks it apart to send it but I never got the email. But if I change the message to not to break apart. I get the email.

This is not a problem with outlook its actually your ISP's smtp service is not configured for that. That's all. The explaination is a little convoluted so I won't bother other than to say stick with the the unpacketed mail send.
