Outlook Express saves only as bmp

When I right click on an embedded image to 'Save Picture As', the only choice I have in the dropdown box is to save as bmp. I need to be able to save as jpg. Can someone help?

Try clearing your temp files and your temp internet files. Should help.

I cleared all the temp files and that didn't help. Any other suggestions?
