When I was deleting user accounts that I didn't need, I seemed to have lost ALL of my e-mail in outlook express. They are very important emails, and I need them despretly. Help!

Hello! My name is Jason. To have your Outlook Express Accounts back, you got to answer some questions so I know what directions to tell you. When you are done, please send the answers to my e-mail address GETLOWDOGG369@comcast.net.
What is your Internet Companys Name? What is your e-mail address? I will e-mail you back the directions when I get your e-mail. THANK YOU.
