you might boot to safe mode, login as administrator, and look in user accounts there.

You'll have to contact your ISP and have them reset your email password. Unless you're using a computer at work and the mail server is through your employer. In that case, you'll have to contact your Mail/Domain Administrator.

And thank you JenniferSUMN but the password I am having trouble with is the Outlook Express password, not the actual email password.

I see. So you created another identity under your user login and switched to that? And now you want to switch back to your Main Identity and you've forgotten your identity password?
